Refund Policy
At medplan.live, operated by Tymera Software LLC, we provide our services through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. In accordance with Paddle’s consumer terms, we offer a straightforward cancellation and refund process.
1. Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of your initial transaction without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the initial purchase.
2. How to Exercise the Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to contact@medplan.live or by contacting Paddle Market Limited directly.
3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you. The reimbursement will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. After the 14-Day Period
Refund requests made after the initial 14-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Paddle and Tymera Software LLC.
